The manufacturing process of coconut shell charcoal:

After the coconut water and kernel are removed for food and drinks, the coconut shell is left and collected as the source of material for the fuel production.

1. Collecting raw materials

If coconut shells from the coconut manufacturing bases were not utilized to produce charcoal, they would be left as a huge dump of waste. However, thanks to the applications in fuel industry, coconut shells become economical, friendly products, bringing higher income for farmers.

2. Carbonize the coconut shell

The carbonization requires a limited supply of air so that there is neither unburned shell nor ash due to the complete combustion. We using is not only traditional drum for the carbonization, we brought the advanced furance and machines to get the charcoal with perfect quality.

3. Milling coconut charcoal

After the burning process, the charcoal will be in large form. It is milled to be at required size.

4. Packing and delivery

The product is packed in the PP bags, 25kg per each or according to the request.
