Foamed MgO fireproof door core board is made by Mgo, MgSO4, expanded perlite, etc. Expanded perlite is a kind of product with characteristics of non-toxic, odorless, non-combustibility, corrosion resistance, acid-base resistance, sound and thermal insulation and honeycomb interior structure. It is a white or light-colored superior thermal insulation material made through smashing acid volcano glass lava, screening to a certain granularity, preheating again and sintering under high temperature of 1400°C. It can be compounded with different adhesive into hydrophobic perlite insulation board, perlite sound absorption board, partition board, fire proof board, etc.
